Justice of Qazi

Long ago, there was a ruler named Giashuddin Azam Shah who ruled over Bengal. He was a good and fair ruler. He really enjoyed doing archery, which is shooting arrows with a bow and arrow. One day, while he was practicing archery, something unexpected happened. His arrow went off course and accidentally hit a young boy, causing the boy to die right away. This boy's mother was a widow, meaning her husband had passed away.

The widow went to a wise person called a Qazi and asked for help. The Qazi told the ruler what had happened and asked him to do something fair to make things right for the widow. The ruler felt sorry for what had happened and did something to make up for his mistake. This made the widow feel better. Then, the Qazi and the ruler became friends and hugged each other. The Qazi told the ruler that if he hadn't done the right thing, he would have punished him. The ruler also said that if the Qazi hadn't been fair, he would have scolded him. So, they both understood each other and became great friends.
