I kindly urge you to consider these concerns seriously. It would be greatly appreciated if steps could be taken to ensure that trains run on time, minimizing the inconvenience caused by delays. Additionally, improving the cleanliness of platforms and train compartments, as well as enhancing the quality of food and water services, would significantly contribute to a better travel experience for passengers.
