Dear Sir,
I hope you are well. I am writing to share my concerns about the growing issue of begging in our city. I kindly request you to publish this letter in your esteemed newspaper to draw the attention of the authorities towards this matter.
Begging has become a serious problem in our country, and it's getting worse. Nowadays, there are more beggars than ever before. You can find them everywhere – in markets, streets, and even gardens. They approach you at your home, follow you to your workplace, and bother you when you're shopping. They are also seen at traffic signals, on buses, and in trains. If you don't give them money, they might even use harsh words. Some of these beggars are healthy and strong, but they choose to beg instead of working hard. There are others who are physically challenged, blind, or sick with contagious illnesses.
In my opinion, we should make laws to stop all types of begging. The beggars who are physically capable should be provided jobs in factories or workhouses with fair wages. As for those who can't work, the government could set up homes for them. These homes would provide them with food and clothes, and the government would cover the costs. It's a good idea to ask the public to help support these homes too. Beggars who are sick and could spread diseases shouldn't be allowed to wander the streets or lie on sidewalks. They should receive treatment in hospitals.
I really hope the government pays attention to this issue and takes action to solve it. Thank you for considering my perspective.
Sincerely,
X.Y.Z.
