Completing story : An Honest Woodcutter
Once upon a time, there was a man who worked as a woodcutter in a village near a forest. He wasn't rich, but he was known for always telling the truth. His job was to chop down trees in the forest and sell the wood in the market.
One day, while he was busy cutting wood, his axe slipped from his hand and fell into the river. The woodcutter didn't know how to swim, so he just sat there, feeling really sad.
Then, out of nowhere, a lovely fairy appeared in front of the woodcutter. She went into the river and magically brought up two shiny axes, one made of gold and the other of silver. She offered them to the woodcutter as replacements for his lost axe. But the woodcutter, being an honest man, refused to accept them.
Finally, the fairy dived into the water one more time and retrieved the woodcutter's iron axe. He was overjoyed to have his old axe back. The fairy was so impressed by his honesty that she decided to reward him. She gave him the golden and silver axes as a gift.
This story teaches us that being honest is always a good thing, and it can bring unexpected rewards.
