Story | A Friend In Need Is A Friend Indeed

Once there was a man who had a son. The son would always spend his money on his friends, even though his father warned him that they might not be true friends. One day, the father told his son, "Go to your friends and tell them that you have killed someone, and ask them for help." The son followed his father's advice, but all of his friends refused to help him. So, in the middle of the night, the father took his son to one of his own friends and asked for shelter, pretending that they had committed a murder. The friend immediately took them to a hidden room underground and told them to stay there. The father then revealed the truth to his friend and thanked him. He said to his son, "Those who claim to be friends with words alone are not true friends. A true friend is someone who helps you when you are in need."
