Story | A Friend In Need Is The Friend Indeed

Once upon a time, there were two friends who were traveling together. They walked through a forest and there they saw a suspicious person coming towards them. One of the friends quickly found a tree nearby and hid himself in the leaves. The other friend was left alone. Since he didn't have time to run away, he laid down on the ground. He held his breath and pretended to be dead. The stranger arrived and smelled him, then turned him over. Thinking that he was no longer alive, the stranger left him and went away. When the stranger was out of sight, the man got up. He went to his friend and told him to get up too. He asked his friend, "Hey, tell me what the stranger whispered in your ears." "Oh," the friend replied, "He told me something very important. He said never to trust a friend who abandons you in times of danger."
