Story | Honesty Is The Best Policy

Once upon a time, there was a man who needed to go to Dhaka. He decided to take a taxi for his journey. The man had a small bag called a purse with him, and it had a good amount of money inside. He was in a hurry, so when he got out of the taxi, he quickly paid the taxi fare. However, while trying to put the purse back into his pocket, it accidentally fell inside the taxi.

The taxi driver, whose name was Ibrahim Khalil, saw the purse lying on the seat. He was a very honest man and realized that there was a lot of money inside the purse. It was a significant amount that could have made him rich. However, he knew that an honest person should always do the right thing. He decided that he would return the purse to its rightful owner, no matter what.

Ibrahim Khalil wondered how he could find the owner of the purse. Then he discovered a card in the purse that had an address and a telephone number. He thought that it must belong to the owner of the purse. He contacted the number on the card and confirmed that it was indeed the owner's contact information. 

Finally, Ibrahim met the owner and returned the purse exactly as he found it. The owner was very grateful and thanked Ibrahim for his honesty. To show his honesty, the owner rewarded Ibrahim for his good deed.
