Smoking is a very bad habit. It means to take in nicotine from a burning tobacco. The number of smokers are increasing day by day. Some people take it to remove tension, some take it as fashion. But slowly they become addicted and cannot get off themselves from this bad habit. The consequences of smoking are deadly. It causes many fatal diseases like cancer, heart attack, chronic bronchitis and other respiratory diseases. It cannot circulate blood properly. The severity of smoking is more dreadful for the passive smokers. A report says that the death rate of the smokers will cross all other deadly diseases very soon. It is not only expensive but also wastage of money. So something should be done to get rid of this problem. The existing law agains smoking should be applied strictly. Moreover, social campaign against smoking must be started to aware the smokers and non-smokers about the dangers caused by smoking.
