Story | The Hawk Pleaded For Mercy

Once there was a hawk who was chasing a pigeon. Unfortunately, the hawk got caught in a net that a hunter had set up. The hawk tried really hard to break free from the net, but no matter how much he tried, he couldn't escape. He looked at the hunter and asked, "Dear sir, why did you catch me? I haven't done anything bad to you. So, can you please let me go?" The hunter looked at the hawk and laughed. He said, "I could say the same thing to you. What harm did the pigeon do to you? I'm not going to set you free now. You have to face the consequences of your actions."
