The Season I Like Most/ Rainy Season
In Bangladesh, we have six seasons. I like all of them, but my favorite is the rainy season. I think everyone loves the rainy season too because it brings us many wonderful things like beautiful sights and sounds. That's why I have many reasons to like this season.
The rainy season comes after the Asher and Sraban seasons. In fact, it starts in the middle of June and lasts until the middle of September. People eagerly welcome the rainy season. During this time, we get a lot of rain. The sky often becomes cloudy, and sometimes we don't see the sun for many days. Sometimes it rains very heavily. Canals and tanks get filled with rainwater.
The rainy season brings a cool and refreshing feeling to everyone. It's quite interesting to take a boat journey during this season. The roads become muddy and slippery. The rain washes away the dirt and makes our country look green and lush. It's also a season of fruits. Mangoes, blackberries, jackfruits, and lichies start to grow.
The rainy season is very important for us. Bangladesh is mainly an agricultural country, and our agriculture depends on this season. Trees get covered in green leaves, and the paddy fields become ready for cultivation. Jute plants grow rapidly during this time.
Overall, the rainy season is the most important and useful season in our country. It's the best season of all in Bangladesh. We always welcome this season and enjoy its beauty.
