My Native Village Composition

The name of my village is Surjamoni. It's a really old, calm, and quiet village. It's placed right by a big waterway. If you look at it on a map, it's about two miles long and half a mile wide. The village is in a place called Mathbaria Thana, which is part of the Pirojpur district. It's just one mile away from Mathbaria bazar, which is like a market.

More than eight thousand people live in our village. Most of them follow the Muslim religion. The rest of the people are Hindus. People in our village have different jobs. Lots of them work on farms and grow things. Some work for different companies, some are teachers, some make pots, some do physical work for a day's pay, and some are in business. A small number of people even work in other countries.

Getting around in our village is pretty easy. There's a wide road made of bricks that goes through the village. You can see cycle rickshaws, vans, cars, and other vehicles on this road. There's also a big canal next to our village. You can see boats, bigger boats called steamers, and even fancier boats called launches on this canal. The way our village looks because of nature is really nice.

We have some important places in our village, like a market, a primary school (that's the first school kids go to), a high school (for older students), a madrasah (where some people learn about religion), a temple (a special place for Hindus), and five mosques (where Muslims pray). We also have three tube-wells, which give us clean water.

In our village, there's a big field where kids play games in the afternoon. Every morning, there's a market where people sell things like fish, milk, and vegetables. Our village doesn't have any factories that make bricks, which is good because it means the air is fresh. Our village is open on the sides facing north and south, so there's always a nice breeze.

The weather in our village is good for staying healthy. We don't have any factories making bricks, which is good because it means the air is fresh. Our village is open on the sides facing north and south, so there's always a nice breeze.

The people in our village are mostly good and simple. Sometimes, we have events like village fairs, plays, and circuses. All in all, our village is like a perfect village. I'm really proud to live here.
