Devotion to Mother Completing Story
Once upon a time, there was a young boy named Bayazid. He had a dear mother who was unwell. One day, he was sitting beside his sick mother's bed, studying. Out of the blue, his mother woke up, lifted her head, and softly asked her son for a glass of water.
Bayazid quickly took a glass and headed to the pitcher to pour some water. To his surprise, the pitcher was empty – not a single drop of water left. Bayazid knew there was a stream not too far away where he could fetch water. However, it was quite late at night, and it was dark outside. But his mother's request was more important than his hesitation.
With determination, Bayazid grabbed the empty pitcher and made his way towards the stream. It was a long walk through the village, and the darkness surrounded him. He reached the stream, filled the pitcher with water, and then returned to his home. When he got back, his mother was fast asleep.
Not wanting to disturb her, Bayazid decided to wait quietly by her bedside with the glass of water. He believed that when she woke up, he could offer her the water she requested. He stood there patiently through the entire night, his love and care for his mother guiding his actions.
As morning light began to creep in, Bayazid's mother woke up and saw her son standing there with the glass of water. Tears welled up in her eyes at this sight. She embraced her son with overflowing affection, feeling touched by his devotion. She blessed him wholeheartedly, and those blessings would shape Bayazid's destiny.
The story beautifully illustrates the love and selflessness of a young boy towards his ailing mother. It reminds us of the importance of family bonds and the remarkable deeds that love can inspire.
