Composition | Ha - Du - Du

Ha-du-du is a game we play outside in our country. It's the most fun game out of all the games we have. It's not just a game, it's also a symbol of our country. People in the villages still really like playing this game. And the best part is, it doesn't cost a lot of money to play.

You don't need a big area to play Ha-du-du, just a small and smooth ground is enough. The ground is divided into two equal parts, with a line in the middle. Each team should have the same number of players, and there's no limit to how many can play.

The players from both teams stand in a line or a half-circle facing each other. Each team stays on their side of the ground. One player from a team runs to the middle line and jumps on the players from the other team. They say "Ha-du-du" while holding their breath and try to touch a player from the other team. If they can touch someone and make it back to their own area, they stay in the game. The player or players they touched are "out" and can't play anymore. They have to wait outside the ground until a player from their team touches someone from the other team. Then they can come back in and play again. The teams take turns sending one player at a time to the other side. The game ends when all the players from one team are out. The team that still has players left wins the game.

Out of all the games from other countries, like cricket, football, and badminton, Ha-du-du is our very own game. It represents our cultural heritage. The people in our country's villages still love playing this game. And when we go to other countries and show them our national games, we feel proud to bring Ha-du-du with us.
