The Wonders of Modern Science
Or, The Blessings of Modern Science
Or, Science in Everyday Life

We live in a time of science. It has changed the world. We can see the wonders of science all around us. It has made our lives easier, longer, and more comfortable. We can't imagine life without science.

Science has given us many comforts and joys. Air-conditioning keeps us cool wherever we are. Central heating keeps us warm even in very cold places. Gadgets that save labor make housework easier. We have entertainment through cinema, television, radio, etc.

Electricity has transformed the world quickly. We have electric lights, fans, refrigerators, and other labor-saving devices at home, all powered by electricity. Elevators and escalators save us from climbing stairs.

Science has made distances smaller and saved time. We can travel easily with cars, buses, electric trains, and fast jet planes. We have even gone to the moon with the help of science and may visit other planets soon.

Science has done wonders in communication. Telephone, Fax, wireless, mobile phones, and the internet have brought the world closer.

Computers are the greatest wonder of modern science. They have revolutionized the world and made it much faster and connected. The internet has turned the world into a global village.

Science has also worked miracles in medicine. Robots, test tube babies, heart transplantation, eye grafting, and more are incredible contributions. Penicillin, x-rays, ECG, biopsy, ultra-sonography, radiotherapy are powerful tools in fighting diseases.

There is no end to the wonders of science. We rely on science every day.
