Globalisation Composition
Globalization
The word 'globalization' is talked about a lot these days. But not everyone fully understands what it means. Globalization can mean countries around the world having stronger economic connections. It also means cultures becoming less restricted, and people sharing rituals, concepts, and ideas between cultures. In the end, it's about people from different places working together in a friendly way.
Globalization is a new idea, and it's mentioned in the Quran. Allah said that we could all be one nation or one ethnic group, but we are divided into different colors, nations, cultures, and languages so we can understand and learn from each other. Globalization is about realizing this idea of unity that is in the human mind. Sometimes it means a world without borders. Sometimes it means a village with many cultures. And sometimes, it's like a huge global family where over six billion people live together.
Some people think that developed countries use globalization to take advantage of underdeveloped and developing countries' wealth and workforce. This has been true in some cases and is a valid concern. However, many experts believe that in the long run, globalization can benefit all types of economies by creating a free global economy where everyone gains.
In communication, globalization connects the whole world into a continuous system. We may have to export things we need more of and import things we don't need at all, which might cause temporary problems. Globalization is also bringing Western cultures into our society, leading to cultural conflicts and changes in our thinking and consciousness. However, it also brings opportunities and power.
Globalization will also impact our family structure. Families depend on ideologies, religion, education, economics, and personal beliefs. Globalization affects these factors, changing our views on family relationships.
Globalization is a result of human progress, and we can't stop it. Instead, we should keep up with the world's changes while preserving our identity. If we lose our identity, we won't thrive or be valued by others. So, we must be wise and open-minded to benefit from globalization and protect ourselves from its negative effects.
